I know I’ve talked about it before but my favourite thing to think about is Big Boss forcing Kaz over his knee, yanking his pants down, and spanking him mercilessly in front of all of Mother Base. Maybe he got fed up with Kaz mooning everyone all the time, like,

And he keeps squirming and fighting and yelling and it just makes BB hit him harder and everyone’s just kind of stunned but can’t look away ‘cause it’s kinda like a trainwreck and the soldiers’ reactions are anywhere from uncomfortable to vaguely turned on, and medic is standing somewhere in the back with tented pants and a smirk at all the little yelps Kaz makes

And BB tells him the more he fights, the longer it’s gonna last so by the time it’s over, Kaz’s ass is deep red and so raw that he can barely pull his pants back up

Later, medic finds him and teases him about it, but then he lays Kaz face down on his exam table and rubs a soothing cream into the handprints BB left and Kaz is so turned on that he rubs himself out against the table and medic doesn’t say a word, just cleans him up after he comes and lets him sleep

I like to imagine that when BB and Kaz get into that naked fistfight in the showers and then end up outside with everyone watching, BB just like CQCs Kaz and forcefully bends him over his knee, holding him down with his hand between his shoulder blades and relentlessly spanks the living fuck out of him in front of all the soldiers until he’s squirming and his ass is tender and bright red, and then when BB finally releases him, he goes to pull his pants back on and is reduced to a cringing, whimpering mess because his ass is so raw. But then later when they’re alone in bed, BB lovingly rubs a cooling cream into his ass and the relief gets Kaz so hard that BB has to jerk him off several times.

Sometime later Kaz realises how much he loved the pain and the humiliation and starts intentionally pissing BB off just to get bent over his knee again. Occasionally BB will use Kaz’s own belt on him and marks up his ass so much that it’s painful for him to sit down and when they’re in the mess hall or wherever, Kaz is squirming uncomfortably in his seat and all the soldiers are trying really hard not to laugh because they know BB regularly spanks the living daylights out of him.
