I just read your fanfiction on Ao3 about Koller and Jensen. I don’t know how I’ve missed it until now! It is really nicely written, love the character development of both of them, as well as the tone of the story in general. I’ll be on the lookout for the next part :) (hope you don’t mind me writing this here, but somehow Ao3 just won’t load at the moment :/)

I reread symbiosis and now I can’t stop imagining Ocelot getting the dogtags back for Kaz even though he knows he really, really shouldn’t. And Kaz being so furious with him but relieved he’s got the tags back but confused as to why he’d give them back and he just stands there and stares at him until Ocelot feels awkward and avoids him for a week

alright ur the only person i follow also playing deus ex so I HAVE to ask: opinion on macready/jensen? cause at first I was like “nah I dont really ship jensen with anyone let the boy live” and then I saw those two interact for .01 seconds and was like, “okay. you have my attention.”

omg yeah like. I’ve always kinda casually headcanoned Adam as ace/aro so I’ve never really shipped him with anyone either. I’ll need to see them interact with each other a little more but yeah, I can kinda see it. Oddly enough, that…whatever dynamic they’ve got going between them is the most chemistry I’ve seen Adam have with anyone.

Im 100% there with ya on your OW “problematic ships” post. It just sucks to see people discouraging partition in a fandom just because they don’t like a particular pairing of two characters. The beauty of OW is that there’s a character for /everyone/, allowing it to appeal to a wide variety of people. People also get bent out of shape about h/nzo and G/nji being shipped, but imo, they’re literally just fictional characters, who gives an actual fuck.

Yeah I find it really puzzling that people who claim to hate certain ships are all over the tags for that ship instead of just…..blacklisting it and moving on. They’re not satisfied unless they’re picking personal fights with people within the community. It’s such a waste of time because no one’s going to stop liking a certain pairing because a few pearl-clutchers think it’s obscene and immoral lmao.

Hi! I was wondering how you were doing with Broken Adonis? Only you said you were struggling with the chapter and I just wanted to say I hope it’s going better now :)

Still struggling a bit, though I always kinda struggle with writing since it doesn’t come as easily for me as it does for most. 😦 Usually it takes me about a month to get a chapter out, and that’s when things are actually going good. But I at least try to work on it everyday, and I intend to have chapter 3 up soon, at the very latest by that vkaz week thing that’s coming up, but hopefully sooner. I think the main thing is for me to just stop hating my writing so much. It’s at least going a lot better than it was, thanks for the encouragement! =D

Something you said a while ago about Ronan listening to Kaz’s heartbeat when he’s asleep…It takes Kaz a couple of weeks to get used to sleeping with the weight of Ronan’s head on his chest, but after MSF is destroyed and Ronan ‘killed’, he can’t sleep at all except for snatches, for months on end, and he’s never really sure what’s setting him on edge. It’s not until nine years later he wakes up with Venoms head on his chest after that he realises what was missing

Sometimes Kaz wakes up confused with his hand hovering just over his chest, because he’s still in the habit of instinctively stroking Ronan’s hair in his sleep. That sleepy muscle memory reflex never really goes away, so occasionally he accidentally does it to the Person of the Night when he starts fucking through the locals wherever the contracts take him, to the point where he just starts skipping out immediately after it’s over so he doesn’t have to spend the night and do anything awkward.

When they share a bed for the first time after finally being reunited, the first thing Venom does is lay his head down on Kaz’s chest, and it’s such a relieving sound because V knows how close Kaz came to being gone forever.

It feels….familiar, he’s sure he’s done this before but he doesn’t have any active memories of it. T_T
