Is there any way to blacklist tags on AO3? Every time I check the Kaz tag there’s OC fics in the top of the recents and I’m not about that life.
If you find a way let me know. I get so upset when that happens!
Word. The best you can do is use tumblr savior, but it’s just an extension you add to your browser. Unfortunately it doesn’t work in the tumblr mobile app, since the tumblr model itself is really dumb and they haven’t come up with a way to filter content within the platform. =/
Whoops nvm, derp. I just saw this said AO3 and not tumblr. But no, there isn’t. AO3 have addressed this issue and basically said they don’t know how to code that. It’s lame, but eh.

You’ll need the greasemonkey/tampermonkey/ninjakit add-ons for it to work, but someone made a tumblr savior clone for AO3. It’s a pretty rudimentary substitution, but it seems to be functional. You’ll just have to add your blacklisted tags to the userscript by hand, but it’s pretty self explanatory.
